Call for Technical Papers and Guidelines for the same
Interested authors are requested to send their Technical Papers in the form of hard copy and soft copy on E-mail/CD disk
(please use only MS Word (Window 98 or lower platform).
The full text of the paper with diagrams tables, photographs etc. should in any case reach positively by 10th AUGUST 2008
for review and acceptance by the organizers. Two hard copies should be printed on A4 ( 210 mm x 297 mm) size Bond Paper
(good quality) using laser print or letter quality print. Don’t matrix prints are not acceptable. The papers should not be more
than 5000 words. Please also send 2 passport size recent photographs and very brief CV along with your paper.
The authors/Co-authors will be required to present the papers themselves. The author who presents the paper in the
Seminar shall not be charged any participation fee. It may however be noted that the official language for all purposes shall be
English. The papers presented earlier in any conference or published in any journal/ conferences in India and overseas are
not acceptable. The authors are required to give a declaration to this effect. It provides an opportunity to the participants and
authors to present high quality papers relevant to objectives and topics of the conference.
Authors of the selected papers will present highlights for 10 minutes followed by discussion and question/answers for about 5
minutes in the respective sessions. The authors are requested to adhere to the guidelines as given below.

The organizers will have right to accept or reject the papers. The organizers will review the papers submitted and the authors
of selected papers will be notified. As far as possible, papers will be printed in the “as received” form. However, the organizers
reserve the right to edit the papers as appropriate.
By submitting papers authors have to indemnify the organizers against any copyright claim.
BEST PAPER AWARDS [ CASH AWARDS]
The ITMA Organizing/Technical Committee will select and nominate the quality and extra ordinary papers submitted to the
conference for the Best Paper Awards. These papers will be evaluated on originality of ideas, significance of research findings,
author contribution, and implementation of results. The winners will be announced on the end of 2nd day of the conference. In
order to motivate the participation of quality papers, the ITMA Technical Committee/Organizing Committee will select 3 best
papers and offer them monetary the following CASH AWARDS.
First Prize : Rs. 50,000/- [Fifty Thousand only]
Second Prize : Rs. 30,000/- [Thirty Thousand only]
Third Prize : Rs. 20,000/- [Twenty Thousand only]
The decision of the Technical Committee/Organizing Committee shall be final and un-challengeable.
