TERMS &
CONDITIONS:
01.
Only
manufacturer as mentioned above or their authorized
dealers need to apply.
02.
Tenders will be
received in the office of undersigned on dates mentioned
above upto 3.00pm and opened
on the same day at 3.30
pm in the
presence of bidders or their representative, who choose
to be present.
03.
The
Tender received by
post after the stipulated date and time shall not be
considered. Corporation shall not be responsible for any
postal delay.
04.
The
EMD of Rs. 8000/- (Rs. Eight thousand only) and tender
document fee Rs. 500/- (Non refundable) in shape of
Demand Draft only must accompany the tender in favour of
NHPC Ltd., payable at S.B.I. Banbassa (Code No. 8489)
and shall be submitted in separate envelope.
Tender
not accompanied with requisite amount of EMD and tender
document fee are liable to be rejected as
non-responsive.
05.
The
corporation reserves the right of rejecting all or any
of the tenders and will not bound to accept lowest or
any other tender or to give any reason for such
decision.
06.
Tender document
are not transferable.
07.
The complete
bid document is to be down loaded from NHPC website
08.
http:/www.nhpcindia.com.
The bidders can submit their offer using downloaded
bid
document along with requisite cost of document as
mentioned in tender notice.
