National Thermal Power Corporation has invites bid for Switchyard package for 1000 MW coal based Nabinagar Thermal Power Project at Nabinagar in Aurangabad district of Bihar. The scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing and Inspection at manufacturers works packing, supply, transportation, transit insurance, delivery to site, unloading, storage and equipment erection including civil and structural works of 400/132kV switchyard. Further it includes the cabling, lighting, earthing, site testing, inspection and commissioning of 400/132kV switchyard along with Switchyard Control room building.
Bay Details:

A. 400kV Switchyard
i) Four (4) Nos. 400 kV, Generator Transformer bays
ii) Two (2) Nos. of 400kV line bays.
iii) Two (2) Nos. 400/132kV, Inter Connecting Transformer bays.
iv) One (1) No. 400kV, 50MVAR Bus reactor bay.

B. 132kV Switchyard
i. Two (2) Nos. 132kV, Station Transformer bays.
ii. Two (2) Nos. 132kV, Miscellaneous Transformer bays.
iii. Two (2) Nos. 132/400kV, Inter Connecting Transformer bays.
iv. One (1) No. 132kV Bus coupler bay.

The above scope includes complete design, engineering, erection, testing and commissioning of 400/132kV switchyard. This includes overall project management, coordination, erection, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Circuit breakers, Isolators, CT’s, CVT’s, LA’s, Wave Trap, Post insulators, Sub station automation system, Conductors and Earth wire, Clamps and connectors, Switchyard lighting, Direct stroke lightning protection, other miscellaneous items. The design, supply and erection of pipe structure for equipments, AC Bay Kiosk and lattice type main structure along with associated civil works and cable trenches, Switchyard Control room building.
